Beavercreek Women’s League (BWL), established in 1969, is a civic organization that supports families, women and their communities, which represents their three hearted emblem. It began as an enlargement of what was then a Citizen's Committee for Traffic Control concerned about safety issues for children.

BWL is open to the public and strives to promote worthwhile community projects, provide mental stimulation through study, develop friendships, and encourage a spirit of helpfulness.Since its beginning, the organization has raised $100,000 in scholarships for Beavercreek high School students and since 2000, $48,000 for its Women In Transition scholarships through its annual Scholarship Luncheon.

The purpose of the Beavercreek Women’s League is:

•To serve the Beavercreek Community by promoting worthwhile projects,
•To provide mental stimulation and development through study, and
•To encourage a spirit of helpfulness and promote friendship and diversity.

The BWL meets monthly:

•To conduct the business of the BWL
•To have an enlightening, educational, or entertaining program.
